Digital Legacy Vault is a web and mobile service for storing encrypted vault records, organising them into collections, assigning trusted contacts, and managing delayed-access rules for legacy planning.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only for information and documents you are authorised to store and manage.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and your vault master password.

You are also responsible for the accuracy of the trusted contacts, release rules, and contact details you configure on your account.

• Do not use the service to store or share unlawful material.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
• Do not use the platform in a way that could harm other users or the availability of the service.

Some features and operational limits depend on the selected billing plan. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval chosen at checkout unless cancelled before renewal.

Pricing, limits, and plan features may be updated from time to time, but material changes will apply prospectively. Billing, taxes, and order-related processing may be handled through Paddle as merchant of record or through another authorised billing provider shown at checkout.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to operate the platform reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You remain responsible for maintaining your own estate-planning, legal, and professional advice where needed. The service is a tool for secure digital legacy planning and does not replace legal advice.

These terms are intended to apply globally, but mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, or contract rights in your country or region continue to apply where required by law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive non-waivable rights that apply to users in places such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Canada, South Africa, the United States, or other regions with mandatory local protections.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if use of the platform creates security or legal risk, or if required by law.

You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the refund policy and any applicable billing commitments.
